First and foremost, congratulations Barney and Sam!
Please be patient. This page can take a few moments to load.
This video set consists of 12 high definition videos arranged in the same order and title (with a change to the "First Toast" title) as they appear in the chapters in the wedding DVD I edited and presented to the bride and groom and immediate family.
HD, SD, and Mobile modes (and what to do if the videos don't play correctly)
The default play mode of these videos is HD (high definition). If you have a slow Internet connection they may play choppy or stall. If that happens switch the video to SD (standard definition) mode by clicking on the blue colored "HD" icon on the right hand side of the play bar. SD mode will play on most slow Internet connections. Click on the "HD" icon again if you want to switch back to HD mode.
If you want to watch the videos on your mobile phone or tablet device, navigate to this page from your mobile device. The correct mobile version of the video will be selected automatically and play on your mobile device.
[EDIT: Feb. 6, 2012] I realized that I forgot to include one video segment from the DVD. I also didn't provide instructions on how to download the original video files to play directly from your computer or for burning your own DVD (if so desired). The video segment I forgot is "Fun in the Photo Booth." I added it to the end of the videos below. Download instructions follow:
Downloading the Original Video Files (for playback direct from your computer or burning your own DVD)
The original video files can be downloaded from Vimeo, the video streaming site where the videos are hosted. Click on the title above each video. It is a link that will take you to the Vimeo page for that video. Towards the bottom right hand side you'll find a download link that you can click on to download the full resolution video file.
The files that are downloaded are in 720p HD format - the same format used by widescreen DVDs. The video files do not contain stream hinting (commonly used for playback on the Internet) as that can cause problems with some DVD players. Simply download the files, drop them into your favorite DVD authoring software and burn the DVD. No conversion of the files are necessary. NOTE: The full resolution files are large. The entire video set will require approximately 2.2 GB of drive space. I recommend downloading using a high speed Internet connection.
If you're burning your own DVD, keep in mind two things: 1) Video #12 "Fun in the Photo Booth" was originally omitted from this web page so I just added it to the end of the videos. It actually belongs right after video #3 "The Reception" and before video #4 "The Reception Line" as it shares the same music bed with video #3. Also, if your DVD authoring software supports it, set it to play all chapters straight through. Each video clip is a continutation of the one before it.
